Based on the experimental conditions of generation grinding of spiral bevel gear, the grinding orthogonal test design of L16(45) is made, and the results of grinding orthogonal test are obtained. On this basis, the range and variance analyses are carried out by using an integrated balance method, and the optimizing configuration of grinding process parameters of spiral bevel gear is obtained.
